HURST FAMILY MASONRY / IDENTITY
CONCEPT
The identity for Hurst Family Masonry was built from the ground up by amplifying the family roots and values already present within the business. Family, craftsmanship, and community are the foundation of this project.
The weathered orange script on the family mailbox became the reference point for the wordmark, which was shaped by hand into a more legible form while retaining the warmth and familiarity of the original time-worn lettering. The orange script was paired with a brick red giving the identity a subtle contemporary edge.
The identity aims to honour a craft that has always been about longevity and trust. Hurst Family Masonry is a continuation of that lineage: a family-run practice shaped by tradition, connected to community, and grounded in the stable stone of work done right.
